60 min, 2 credit ($10)
This mixed level Eldoa class includes facial stretching and spinal articulation to help reduce the spinal compression we experience on the day to day. Class is limited to six students to ensure intimacy and focus from Anna.

Strength Training, 30 min, 2 Credit ($10)
Join Founding 15 Teacher Shayla McGrady bright and early for a no fuss strength training session. The premier strength trainer on C2C, her 30 minute classes are designed for the pre-work crew who like a challenging, sweaty (but always safe!) flow.

Fitness Circle Challenge, 45 min, 3 credit ($15)
Join empowering Pilates instructor Genevieve DeRose with a special class spotlighting exercises with the Magic Circle Pilates apparatus. Some of our students “affectionately” call this prop the Ring of Fire — consider yourself properly warned!

Friday: Galina Denzel
Lunch Break Moves, 30 min, 1 credit ($5)
Galina Denzel’s Lunch Break Moves is a twice weekly spirited session focusing on moves you can do on the go. Rooted in Restorative Exercise and Somatic Experiencing, Galina could be a tenured professor with her master level of body knowledge — and she’s here with us! This is her last class (for now!) on C2C so please join us to bid her a sweet farewell.

Saturday: Meghan Marris with Yoga Bhoga PDX
The Maha Practice, 120 min, 2 credits ($10)
Join seasoned yogini Meghan Maris for this traditional two hour long hatha yoga class with the Yoga Bhoga Portland community. Asana, pranayama breath-work, and meditation make up this devotional course.

Pilates Based Movement Class, 45 min, 3 credits ($15)
Founding 15 Teacher + Core to Coeur Head of Teacher Empowerment Anula Maiberg’s daily Pilates Based Movement has built a cult-like following. Renowned for her exploration, humility, and challenge of the status-quo. Be open to curious and creative ways of moving with one of Pilates’ best and brightest teachers of our generation.
