Monday 10:00AM PDT/1:00PM EDT: Katy Lush
Atomic Mat Moves, 3 Credits ($15)
Inspired by the book Atomic Habits, this class consists of a movement routine of powerful and simple movements built from Restorative Exercise and Pilates. Like an airplane that changes its course just 5 degrees landing in a completely different state, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how these movements can make a significant difference in how embodied you feel. Suited for people aged 50+, but therapeutic for all bodies!
Monday 3:00PM PDT/6:00PM EDT: KC Coninx
Therapeutic Flow, 2 Credits ($10)
Open to all who are feeling overwhelmed, tight, stiff, or experiencing pain. Join this Physical Therapist in a safe yoga flow meant to reconnect you with your body on a deeper level. Yoga props helpful but substitutions welcome!
Tuesday 8:30AM PDT/ 11:30AM EDT: Melanie McGray
*NEW* Pre-Natal Pilates + Movement, 3 credits ($15)
Did you know that pelvic floor dysfunction is a massively under-researched and underfunded issue? Did you know that many of these issues stem from a lack of widespread movement education in pre-and post natal pelvic floor care? Move alongside Melanie in her 3rd pregnancy where you’ll strengthen your pelvic floor and whole body during pregnancy. Ideal for 2nd and 3rd trimester pregnant people!
Wednesday 6:00AM PDT / 9:00AM EDT: M Camellia
Gentle Flow, 3 Credits ($15)
M is a masterful adaptive yoga teacher, all bodies and abilities are welcome to this class! Nourish your mind, body, and spirit. M guides you through dynamic movement, breath work, and release work all from the comfort of your own home.
Thursday 9:00AM PDT / 12:00PM EDT: Carol Robbins
REx Strength, 3 Credits ($15)
Expect to break a sweat and shake a little in this class made for the experienced Restorative Exercise mover or a beginner comfortable with getting up and sitting down on the floor multiple times within the hour. Expect jumping, climbing and switching from sitting to standing!
Friday 9:00AM PDT / 12:00PM EDT: Anula Maiberg
Pilates Based Movement, 1 Credits ($5)
Founding 15 Teacher + Head of Teacher Empowerment Anula Maiberg’s daily Pilates Based Movement has built a cult-like following where the only prerequisite is curiosity! Renowned for her exploration, humility, and challenge of the status-quo, this is her Global Community Class held once a month
