Roots + Wings Golden Hour, 45 min, 2 credits ($10)
Center yourself and let your creativity guide you through this 45 minute movement practice. Discover movement that roots you and makes you take flight. Bring a journal (optional) and get ready to move, laugh, and maybe even dance a little!

REx & Roll, 30 min, 1 credit ($5)
Bring your Yoga Tune Up® balls (or similar sized balls) as Carla guides a unique movement experience incorporating self massage. Your joints will thank you as you discover new techniques that’ll put your therapy balls to use.

Wednesday: Jeanine T. Abraham
JourneyDance Embodiment, 60 min, 1 Credit ($5)
Tune in (with camera on or off) to organic, improvisational movement. JourneyDance works with the chakras and awakens the fascia through dance. Practice showing up vulnerably through movement as you allow your body to let go.

Thursday: Rachel Reis
Theraband & Mat Class, 30 min, 1 credit ($5)
All levels are welcome to join Rachel’s Theraband & Mat Pilates class on Thursday at 8:00AM PST. Rachel’s classes are fast paced and challenging. Bring your Theraband/towel/scarf and be prepared for whole body exercises with a heavy focus on strengthening and mobilizing your shoulders.

Friday: Bri Rhea
Full Body Cardio & Core, 30 min, 2 credits ($10)
Designed for the individual who is aware of their body and any limitations they may have. Join this moderately paced class and flow from one exercise to the next as you explore, strengthen, and lengthen your body. Movement should be fun and this class definitely will be!

Saturday: Carol Robbins
Restorative Exercise Class, 60 min, 2 credits ($10)
Carol’s experience and expertise will knock your socks off in this weekly class, designed to help identify and give you the tools to address immobility and build functional strength. Your body will sigh with relief as you work towards restoring the health of your body!

Sunday: Devika Wickremesinghe
BLMLA Pilates Class, 60 min, 2 credits ($10) or Pay What You Can
All proceeds from this class will be donated to Black Lives Matter LA. Devika’s classes are FUN and deeply rooted in strength building work for all bodies!
